REFUND POLICY 

Returns Policy
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below:


 

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

  •  Please emailf your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return to Sidney@lavoutebeautyindustry.com

  • Please mail your return to:

    • 4111 City Terrace DR

    • Los Angeles, CA 90063

 

  •  You will be responsible for the return shipping & stamp; handling charges, which will not be refunded,unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).

  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

  •  We accept exchanges on items purchased on lavoutebeautyacademy.com only up to 30 daysafter the original purchase. 

  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange. 

  •  If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information. 

  •  You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.

Please contact customer service at sidney@lavoutebeautyacademy.com and we will respond with theappropriate return and/or exchange instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Each student’s scheduled class is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that our students receive the level of service and professionalism that they deserve when they book with us.

Deposits
All courses require extra time and preparation to accommodate each student. All courses requires training materials to be specially purchased as well as each KIT therefore a deposit upon booking is required. This deposit fee is NON-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost.

Cancellations / Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your course, we require that you notify us at least 7 DAYS in advance. This helps us protect the time of our instructor and ensures that we can still offer your seat to a different student. A deposit is required to book any of our courses prior to the first date of class. This deposit fee is NON-Refundable and can only be used towards rescheduling of the course as long as we are notified 7 DAYS in advance. NO Show’s, the deposit fee is NON-Refundable and the amount will not be applied towards any future courses.

If the students notifies us of cancellation or rescheduling within 7 DAYS, we will offer a rescheduling option for a future class but we will require an additional $50 deposit as a rescheduling fee.
